Job Description
English Conversation Class Trainer delivering live online lessons for goFLUENT, a B2B language-learning provider. Helping global business professionals build workplace communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts from diverse industries
- Help business professionals build communication skills for global workplaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Consistent 40-hour schedule
- Commitment to a fixed Manila Time shift: 10 PM–7 AM
- Commitment to a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM–6 PM
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- Windows 10 or up, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma)
- Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen (or equivalent) or higher, or MacBook Pro/Air with M1 chip or higher
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB free disk space
- High-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
