Job Description
Remote-Ausbilder:in für Fachinformatiker:innen Systemintegration bei WBS TRAINING. Gestaltung von Unterricht, Lernmaterialien und Kompetenzmessungen im digitalen Lernraum.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction
- Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support course participants in developing their competencies
- Deliver subject-matter content as an instructor and learning facilitator
- Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
Requirements:
- Qualification as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
- Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate these technologies into instruction
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
- Strong methodological and instructional skills in conveying educational content
- Independent, structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
