Trainer for IT specialists in system integration at WBS TRAINING focusing on competency development through innovative teaching methods and support.

As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight
In your role as an instructor, the primary goal is the development of participants' competencies
In your lesson design you act both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0!
This includes subject-related instruction delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Applying a variety of teaching methods to structure lessons
Preparing and designing lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
Conducting assessments to measure competency growth

Vocational qualification as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent
At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Server environments
Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (advantageous)
Interest in AI and ChatGPT and the ability to integrate them effectively into teaching
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., training certificate according to AEVO)
Strong instructional and didactic skills in delivering course content
Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
