Job Description
Ausbilder:in für Softwareentwicklung bei WBS TRAINING, einem Bildungsanbieter. Vermittlung von Fachinformatik-Inhalten remote aus dem Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
- Conduct skills assessments
- Support course participants in developing their skills
- Teach specialist content as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
- Represent the subject area with passion and foresight
Requirements:
- Training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
- Strong knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology
- Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Knowledge of software architecture and design
- Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
- Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
- Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into lessons
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Proof of pedagogical qualification, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
- Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
- Independent, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
