Job Description
Lernbegleiter:in entwickelt Mathematik- und Office-Lernangebote für die WBS GRUPPE. Begleitung von Teilnehmenden und Gestaltung digitaler, praxisnaher Lernprozesse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual guidance and support to participants in their learning and development processes
- Promote professional, methodological, social and personal competencies
- Create and continuously develop cross-module teaching and learning materials
- Design practical exercises and learning prompts
- Take subject-matter responsibility for the further development of the modules “Professional Office Training”, “Practical Mathematics” and “Practical Mathematics for IT Professions”
- Develop innovative learning scenarios, interactive learning prompts and collaborative learning settings in the spirit of Learning 4.0
- Work closely with colleagues
- Actively participate in development and improvement processes
- Contribute to quality assurance measures
- Continuously further develop the learning offerings
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in education, social pedagogy, business administration or a comparable field
- Ideally, experience teaching basic competencies, especially in mathematics and/or professional office training
- Strong New Work mindset
- Enthusiasm for shaping new approaches to learning
- Passion for supporting learners and developing competencies
- Confident use of digital learning environments
- Proficient with modern collaboration and communication tools
- Strong communication skills, empathy and an ability to motivate others
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Willingness to take ownership of learning content and its further development
- Team player with a readiness to actively shape an open learning and working culture
- Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
- Willingness to attend at least one in-person meeting per year
