Job Description

Global Study Coordinator managing patient travel, communications, and logistics for Suvoda’s clinical trial studies. Supporting Global Study Managers, hospitals, vendors, and participants across active trials.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Study Managers in planning and operating active clinical trial studies
  • Manage travel and transportation budgets for trial participants
  • Discuss trial participant requirements with vendors and internal team members
  • Support hospital or clinical staff with participant enrollments and visit schedules
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from trial participants and hospital/clinical staff
  • Manage patient communications regarding air, hotel, and ground accommodations
  • Maintain accurate data, set up databases, and transfer data between internal operating systems
  • Produce reports as required
  • Work with the Global Study Manager to outline client and patient needs and requests
  • Contribute to managing projects profitably through efficient work processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent Spanish and fluent English required; multilingual preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
  • Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-up
  • Excels in cross-departmental communication
  • Confidence and follow-through in decision-making
  • Home office with a personal computer and telephone
  • Updated operating system, antivirus software, and password-protected devices required
  • Chromebook is not supported
