Job Description
Danish-speaking Travel Consultant supporting customers with travel-related services remotely from Latvia. Ensuring smooth booking experiences and professional assistance in a growing support team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Support customers with bookings, modifications, and travel assistance
- Provide clear and professional communication at all times
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain service excellence
Requirements:
- Native or C1/C2 level Danish (written and spoken)
- B2 level English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- If applying from outside Latvia, must confirm independent relocation
