Job Description
Treasury Manager leading debt facilities, cash forecasting, capital transactions, and pension oversight. Supporting Nielsen’s media insights business through executive reporting and financial risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Nielsen’s revolving credit facility and AR securitization facility
- Oversee borrowing activity and payment of principal, interest, and fees
- Manage loan rollovers and interest rate selections
- Lead debt covenant compliance reporting
- Coordinate financial reports and disclosures to lenders
- Manage monthly AR securitization reporting and support the annual facility audit
- Obtain letters of credit and manage amendments
- Drive corporate cash flow forecasting and long-term strategic cash forecasting
- Coordinate forecasting inputs across Treasury Operations, FP&A, Tax, and other corporate teams
- Prepare materials for Board presentations, Sponsor Monthly Operating Reviews, and Sponsor cash flow presentations
- Coordinate long-term debt issuance and hedging activities
- Manage settlement of derivative transactions
- Support M&A due diligence and transaction execution
- Coordinate fiduciary oversight of US pension investments and support oversight of non-US pension investments
- Train, develop, and manage the Capital Markets Analyst
- Manage relationships with banks and credit rating agencies
- Provide insights to the Treasurer on capital structure, liquidity facilities, and lender community developments
- Partner with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Legal, executive team members, and private equity sponsor teams
- Support cash management activities, including approval of wire transfers
- Maintain treasury website content related to debt, interest, and derivative instruments
- Coordinate with Legal on financial institution KYC requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- CFA charter or progress toward CFA charter is a plus
- 5–10 years of finance experience
- Prior treasury capital markets experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build constructive relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated work style
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
