Job Description

UI/UX Designer role for fintech startup Ryz Labs in Guatemala focused on digital product insights. Engage with local fintech markets to document user journeys and product features.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market
  • Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
  • Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
  • Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region
  • Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market.

Requirements:

  • Live in the market they’ll be researching (local presence is required)
  • Have a good eye for product design and UX and can clearly communicate observations
  • Can move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
  • Have experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
