Job Description

Senior UI/UX Designer shaping user experience for enterprise SaaS platform at CSG. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design complex B2B workflows and ensuring design quality and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver high-quality UI/UX designs for complex B2B workflows across the Q&O platform.
  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system and component library tailored for enterprise use.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
  • Apply strong systems thinking to ensure designs scale across customers, products, and future needs.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to deliver feasible, scalable designs and aligned with roadmap priorities.
  • Drive discovery workshops, design reviews, and usability testing sessions with internal teams and customers.
  • Provide clear design rationale and guidance to engineers during implementation, helping reduce rework and design debt.
  • Collaborate with other designers to share patterns, feedback, and best practices across the wider design practice.
  • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes grounded in user research.
  • Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and research to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Follow DesignOps practices by delivering “dev-ready” designs on release ahead of engineering.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on Enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record designing complex workflows in domains such as Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management or Financial Services preferred.
  • Proven hands-on design skills across prototyping, user research, A/B testing and usability validation.
  • Experience contributing to and scaling design systems in Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of DesignOps and how to scale design maturity.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into clear design outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both leadership impact and examples of hands-on design execution.
