Job Description

UI/UX Design Manager responsible for designing AI-integrated interfaces for innovative software solutions at Thirdbridge. Leading a team and collaborating with product and development teams in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate interfaces for products that incorporate AI features
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate
  • Use Figma as the primary design tool
  • Integrate accessibility into design
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams
  • Challenge requirements and question assumptions
  • Contribute to defining Thirdbridge's design offering
  • Participate in evolving Thirdbridge's design system
  • Maintain an active watch on design developments related to AI
  • Manage a team of 3 people and develop talent
  • Serve as a Thirdbridge ambassador in external settings

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products, including projects that incorporate AI features
  • Experience managing a team and ensuring high performance
  • Ability to prototype efficiently and articulate design decisions
  • Strong design point of view and ability to defend it
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and precise execution
  • Sharp intuition for recognizing a good product
  • Proficient in Figma and the modern design ecosystem
  • Experience in agile environments with distributed teams
  • Bilingual (French and English) in a predominantly francophone environment
