Job Description
UI/UX Design Manager responsible for designing AI-integrated interfaces for innovative software solutions at Thirdbridge. Leading a team and collaborating with product and development teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate interfaces for products that incorporate AI features
- Rapidly prototype and iterate
- Use Figma as the primary design tool
- Integrate accessibility into design
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams
- Challenge requirements and question assumptions
- Contribute to defining Thirdbridge's design offering
- Participate in evolving Thirdbridge's design system
- Maintain an active watch on design developments related to AI
- Manage a team of 3 people and develop talent
- Serve as a Thirdbridge ambassador in external settings
Requirements:
- Significant experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products, including projects that incorporate AI features
- Experience managing a team and ensuring high performance
- Ability to prototype efficiently and articulate design decisions
- Strong design point of view and ability to defend it
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and precise execution
- Sharp intuition for recognizing a good product
- Proficient in Figma and the modern design ecosystem
- Experience in agile environments with distributed teams
- Bilingual (French and English) in a predominantly francophone environment
