Job Description

UKG WFM consultant delivering payroll and timekeeping implementations for HCM Unlocked clients. Managing complex projects, configurations, troubleshooting, and client relationships independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client implementations
  • Proactively manage client relationships and deliver outcomes supporting long-term client satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients and HCM Unlocked project stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Deliver assigned project milestones on schedule and drive implementations to successful completion with minimal oversight
  • Manage schedule, tools, and methods across multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Provide end-to-end UKG WFM implementation services
  • Configure and implement payroll and timekeeping modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues and client-reported problems
  • Manage multiple concurrent client implementation projects through completion within agreed timelines
  • Provide regular project status updates and maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of the full UKG WFM implementation cycle
  • 3+ years of hands-on UKG WFM implementation experience
  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing UKG WFM implementation services experience
  • Expert knowledge of the UKG WFM Platform
  • Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
  • Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
  • Ability to identify and resolve implementation challenges independently
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Must operate independently using professional judgment, methods, and expertise
  • Must carry own general liability insurance and, where required by applicable law, workers' compensation coverage
  • Must execute an Independent Contractor Agreement including confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and non-solicitation provisions
