Job Description
VP of Corporate Controller leading accounting and financial operations for Pantheon. Overseeing global accounting leadership and driving AI and automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all global accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, Procurement, and International Accounting.
- Act as the primary champion for infusing AI into day-to-day finance activities.
- Assume full ownership of the Billing and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Define and execute a best-in-class monthly and quarterly close process.
- Manage global tax compliance and strategy.
- Lead the evolution of the financial tech stack.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Operations, Legal, and Engineering on contract structure, revenue recognition, and cross-departmental data flow.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership, with at least 5 years at the VP or Controller level in a high-growth SaaS organization and prior Public Accounting experience.
- Extensive experience managing high-volume, complex Billing and Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI tools or advanced automation within an accounting function.
- Experience in International Accounting and global tax/treasury management.
- Transaction experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent professional designation.
