Job Description

VP leading sales and revenue operations for Consensus Cloud Solutions, a healthcare data exchange and digital cloud fax provider. Driving GTM strategy, forecasting, systems, deal desk, and enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the CRO/EVP of Operations and SVP of Sales
  • Lead a team of 10–15 individual contributors and managers
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Services leadership to maximize go-to-market performance
  • Own the strategic and operational success of the GTM organization across Rev/Sales Ops, Commercial Management & Deal Desk, Systems & Tech Stack, and GTM Enablement & L&D
  • Define sales strategy, objectives, annual sales plans, quotas, and budgets
  • Develop and improve GTM frameworks, processes, systems, organizational structures, and terminology
  • Assess and refine sales processes to improve lead generation, qualification, conversion, efficiency, and productivity
  • Establish KPIs and sales metrics and report on performance
  • Develop sales/bookings and revenue/consumption forecasting models
  • Provide reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to GTM leaders, executives, finance, and the board
  • Develop revenue and capacity forecasts with FP&A and PTG
  • Manage forecasting and lead-to-cash pipeline governance and cadence
  • Manage and improve the deal desk, including RFPs, contracts, pricing, and order processing
  • Align with Legal and Product Marketing to ensure compliant and scalable deal flow
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans with HR and compensation teams
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
  • Evaluate, select, implement, manage, and optimize sales technologies and CRM systems
  • Maintain the technology stack based on usage and productivity metrics
  • Oversee sales-tool training and adoption
  • Develop sales training programs covering general skills, methodologies, and product knowledge
  • Support continuous sales-team development with HR and Product Marketing
  • Foster learning, skill enhancement, and growth across the GTM organization
  • Lead change management and challenge legacy processes and culture
  • Perform other assigned or requested duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of proven experience in senior go-to-market, sales, revenue operations, or related roles
  • Ideally 5+ years of leadership responsibility navigating the $100M–$500M revenue scale
  • Proven track record managing Strategy/Ops and at least one of Deal Desk, Tech Stack, or Enablement
  • Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue business models
  • Proficiency in enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Clay and Hockeystack
  • Proficiency in advanced sales analytics/forecasting platforms such as Tableau
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI-driven sales technologies
  • Familiarity with basic scripting and low-code/no-code platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly analytical and technologically savvy, with an AI-first approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, strategies, and best practices
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 10–15 direct and indirect reports
  • Results-driven focus on sales bookings and revenue targets
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time
