Job Description
Senior executive leading strategic consulting practice at Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. Delivering innovative solutions and operational excellence in life sciences consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of a consulting practice
- Spearhead the development of service offerings and drive innovation
- Collaborate closely with VPs, Principal Consultants, and Client Engagement leaders
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis
- Identify, mentor, and develop high-potential consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in life sciences, biotech, or advanced manufacturing
- Proven experience in building and scaling a consulting practice
- Strong background in managing complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements
- High degree of technical competence and creativity
- Travel as necessary for business continuity
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
