Job Description
VP of Utilization Management overseeing revenue cycle functions and leading strategic direction for Ensemble's healthcare clients. Ensuring operational efficiency with a focus on quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all activities related to the management of Virtual Utilization Review (VUR) and Bedded Insurance Authorization (BIA) functions
- Provide strategic direction for Utilization Management scope for Ensemble clients
- Collaborate with Physician Advisor (PA) leaders to ensure continuity and commercialization goals
Requirements:
- Experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 90 days of hire or other approved job relevant certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
