Job Description

Conducting telephone research interviews for market research as a Virtual Call Center Agent. Working remotely to gather and record data for the multifamily industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect data on property key data points
  • Record results into our internal data collection system
  • Conduct efficient and accurate online research using various tools available
  • Understand importance of key industry data points being gathered
  • Confirm and update information in our data collection system
  • Follow strict guidelines for obtaining consistent unbiased data
  • Meet stringent quality assessments standards and work monitoring requirements
  • Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goal
  • Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
  • Follow all center policies and procedures as outlined in the call center policy addendum

Requirements:

  • Must have own PC (desktop or laptop), noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection with backup (prepaid wireless modem acceptable)
  • At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in outbound calling, market research, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills (conversational to fluent), with good reading comprehension
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills
  • Must be comfortable working graveyard shifts and in a permanent work-from-home setup
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and ability to remain on calls for extended periods
