Job Description

Visual Artist responsible for high-quality visual content supporting branding and marketing initiatives at QC Servion. Focus on graphic design, motion graphics, and presentation support for enhanced communication.

Responsibilities:

  • The Visual Artist is responsible for developing a wide range of high-quality visual content that supports company branding, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and client-facing materials.
  • This role focuses on graphic design, motion graphics, video content, interactive media, and presentation support, ensuring all visual assets communicate complex ideas clearly, consistently, and in alignment with company branding standards.
  • The position supports business development, project teams, and internal initiatives by creating compelling visual content that enhances communication, strengthens brand identity, and elevates the quality of client-facing deliverables.
  • Create logos, icons, illustrations, and a wide range of custom graphics.
  • Develop marketing materials, including infographics, case studies, event banners, social media graphics, merchandise graphics.
  • Create and maintain branded templates across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Create promotional videos, internal presentations, and event-related media.
  • Develop motion graphics, transitions, and supporting visual effects.
  • Create animated content that enhances storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Develop interactive content for training materials, internal communications, and informational resources.
  • Fulfill presentation and visual support requests across the organization. Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Develop graphics, videos, and creative assets for marketing campaigns. Create content for social media, email marketing, events, recruitment, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia production, or a related creative role.
  • Experience supporting marketing, branding, business development, internal communications, or client-facing initiatives.
  • Experience creating content across multiple mediums, including print, digital, presentation, web, and social platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma.
  • Working knowledge of: Mailchimp, Framer, Basic HTML, AI-assisted content creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of: Graphic design principles, Layout and composition, Typography, Brand development, Motion graphics and video editing, Digital content creation workflows.
