Job Description
Ausbilder:in für Kaufmann/-frau für E-Commerce working with WBS TRAINING AG to develop competency in participants. Delivering instruction remotely, while supporting students with their projects.
Responsibilities:
- As an employee of WBS TRAINING AG, you represent your field with passion and foresight.
- In your role as a vocational trainer, the focus is on developing participants' competencies.
- You design instruction both as a subject-matter presenter and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
- This includes: subject-specific teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D ®
- Use a variety of teaching methods for lesson design
- Support and mentor our participants in retraining programs with their IHK-relevant reports and projects
- Participate in quality-assurance measures
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in E‑Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in E‑Commerce / online retail, in particular in:
- Assortment strategy (merchandising)
- Sales and distribution channels
- Marketing and partnerships
- Initial experience as a trainer, instructor, lecturer or teacher
- Desirable additional knowledge in the following areas:
- Legal and regulatory framework
- Business management and controlling
- Project-oriented working methods in E‑Commerce
- Accounting and cost accounting
- Project management
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO)
