Job Description
VP of Product at Lender Toolkit driving product strategy and partnering with engineering for Mortgage Automation. Leading product execution, AI integration, and managing roadmap priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap and strategy
- Balance customer-driven features and technical debt reduction
- Run regular roadmap reviews with leadership
- Identify where AI and automation can improve product value
- Partner with internal mortgage solutions experts
- Act as connective tissue between engineering and product decisions
- Stay involved in product execution and define success metrics
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management
- People leadership experience
- Track record of owning a product roadmap
- Driving products from concept through deployment
- Experience leading product strategy for established products
- Experience with legacy systems, technical debt, or complex integrations
- Partnering closely with Engineering on scoping, timelines, and trade offs
- Strong prioritization instincts
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving company
