Job Description
QA Tester role at Workstate ensuring software quality and performance through testing and collaboration. Collaborate with developers while executing test plans and identifying issues on remote teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and performance of software applications
- Work closely with developers and QA team members
- Identify issues, execute test plans, and verify product quality before delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with test case creation and execution, bug tracking, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL)
- Experience testing new integrations, using tools like Postman, Soap UI, etc.
- Experience participating in or running bug bashes
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed
