Job Description
Freelance Webflow Developer building responsive websites for startups and agencies. Join a global creative team with flexible schedule and consistent paid projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
- Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
- Optimize sites for SEO , speed, and performance
- Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
- Deliver projects within 48–72 hours , balancing quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
- Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Requirements:
- Flexible freelance schedule – work anytime, from anywhere
- $10–$25 per Webflow task hour , depending on project scope
- Active developers earn $1,600–$4,000/month
- Bi-weekly or milestone-based payouts (within 3–5 business days)
- No need to find clients — Tarkle provides consistent projects
- Chance to collaborate on Tarkle’s internal products and partner projects
- Potential to transition into a permanent full-time role

- Experience with GSAP , Finsweet , and custom animation work within Webflow.
- Developers who can collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours will be prioritized.
