Job Description
Workday Technical Consultant focusing on time and attendance workflows for a technology consulting company. Supporting system enhancements, integrations, and operational efficiencies in HR and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Workday functionality related to employee time, pay, and operational workflows
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs
- Assist with system updates, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- Help ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance across time and payroll processes
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues
- Contribute to reporting, analysis, and visibility into workforce time-related data
- Support integrations and data movement between Workday and other systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday in a technical or functional capacity
- 1–2+ years of direct experience supporting time and attendance processes within Workday
- Experience working in a live Workday production environment
- Understanding of how Workday supports HR and Payroll operations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
- Experience with Workday Payroll or Workday HCM (required).
