Job Description
Werkstudent Sales Operations bei Bikeleasing, Anbieter leasingfinanzierter Diensträder und Mobilitätslösungen. Pflege von HubSpot-CRM-Daten, SharePoint-Inhalten, Reports und Sales-Prozessunterlagen.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize content, documents, and information in SharePoint
- Review and update CRM data in HubSpot
- Assist with creating, updating, and managing reports and dashboards
- Create and update training and process documentation for the Sales team
- Handle administrative tasks and gain insight into Sales processes and systems
- Take ownership of smaller projects
Requirements:
- Interest in CRM systems and meticulous data maintenance; experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience with reports, dashboards, or data analysis is an advantage
- Interest in Sales processes and sales organization
