Job Description
Freelance Zoho CRM & Zoho Recruit Automation Specialist for project-based work. Architecting, building, and optimizing advanced automations in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced workflows in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
- Build and maintain complex automations using Zoho Flow
- Write and debug custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Build custom modules, layouts, field logic, validation rules, and blueprints
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs
- Clean up and optimize existing automations
- Create scalable system architecture for sales and recruitment processes
- Troubleshoot syncing issues between Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
- Ensure automations are efficient, documented, and stable
Requirements:
- Deep experience with Zoho CRM (custom modules, workflows, blueprints, automation logic)
- Strong experience with Zoho Recruit pipelines and data architecture
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho Flow
- Strong command of Deluge scripting
- Experience with Zoho API integrations
- Ability to design clean data architecture (no messy, patchwork systems)
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation
