Job Description
3PL Operations Manager overseeing North American logistics partners for iFIT’s interactive health and fitness platform. Managing fulfillment, vendor performance, invoices, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day relationships and performance of North American 3PL partners
- Conduct regular cadence meetings and onsite QBRs to drive performance and accountability
- Serve as the primary escalation point for 3PL operational issues
- Review open order reports and 3PL workflow dashboards for dwell-time accuracy
- Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Monitor exceptions and proactively resolve delays
- Order pallets for inbound containers and communicate regarding incoming shipments
- Define, track, and report fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and accuracy metrics
- Hold 3PL partners accountable to service levels and escalate underperformance
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service on order stagnation, dwell-time issues, and logistics escalations
- Communicate inventory status and fulfillment updates to internal stakeholders
- Review 3PL invoices for accuracy before payment approval
- Resolve billing discrepancies with 3PL billing teams
- Identify operational gaps, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
- Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception handling
- Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience leading or participating in 3PL RFP processes including requirements gathering, vendor scoring, and selection (preferred)
- Contract negotiation experience with 3PL providers including rate cards, SLAs, penalties, and renewal terms (preferred)
