Job Description
Senior IT Operations Analyst overseeing incident response, compliance, and service delivery for Conduent’s government payment platforms. Remote US role driving stability and operational improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities for government payment platforms
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation for process consistency and compliance
- Implement, maintain, and monitor quality controls and change management processes
- Ensure SOC compliance, operational readiness, and system availability
- Partner with business units, project management, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests
- Facilitate communication across development, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities according to CISO policies and timelines
- Lead major incident response efforts, including incident bridge calls and resource engagement
- Participate in problem management reviews and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Develop impact statements and maintain accurate operational records and data hygiene
- Collaborate with product teams on initiatives improving operational efficiency and reliability
- Support release readiness and operational acceptance activities
- Maintain compliance with corporate training, time attestation, and governance requirements
- Provide after-hours on-call support and respond to operational escalations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or IT Project Management within enterprise environments
- Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead and perform effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and sound decision-making
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, operational quality standards, and regulatory or compliance expectations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in financial services or government payment environments (preferred)
