Job Description

Providing administrative support for the DBA programme at the Business School in Cape Town. Managing admissions, student support, and academic operations in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative, programme delivery, and governance support for the Business School’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
  • Ensure accurate admissions and records, high‑quality student support, smooth academic operations
  • Manage Registration Administration process
  • Admit students onto a qualification/programme in line with the specific admission and selection criteria
  • Coordinate DBA admissions and selection processes
  • Assist with Committee member payment administration
  • Deal with student/client/facilitator queries and take full responsibility for resolving the queries
  • Compile and submit academic/performance-related reports

Requirements:

  • Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MSTeams
  • Certification in Administration (beneficial)
  • 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational environment
