Job Description
Account Manager for a global aviation solutions provider, focusing on USM sales and customer relationship management. Building strategic partnerships and driving business development in the aviation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Handle RFQs and customer requests with speed and professionalism.
- Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and opportunities—and help them succeed.
- Spot and drive new business opportunities with Business Development.
- Coordinate internally with Sales Support, Product Line, Repairs, and Warehouse teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior aviation industry experience
- Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
