Job Description

Account Manager for a global aviation solutions provider, focusing on USM sales and customer relationship management. Building strategic partnerships and driving business development in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Handle RFQs and customer requests with speed and professionalism.
  • Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and opportunities—and help them succeed.
  • Spot and drive new business opportunities with Business Development.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales Support, Product Line, Repairs, and Warehouse teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
  • Other tasks and projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prior aviation industry experience
  • Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
