Job Description
Territory Manager for NOCD, a tele-health provider treating OCD. Building relationships and educating healthcare providers in the community about ERP therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Get out into the field, open doors, and build genuine, lasting relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems.
- Meet face-to-face with healthcare providers to challenge outdated referral habits.
- Educate healthcare providers on the power of ERP therapy.
- Leverage data and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry for high-impact conversations.
- Strategically map out your territory to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.
- A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel.
- A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
