Job Description

Account Solution Engineer enhancing innovative strategies for technology solutions across complex healthcare payer accounts. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on Salesforce products.

Responsibilities:

  • Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts
  • Partner with clients and collaborate with internal team members
  • Drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines
  • Solve ambiguous and sophisticated business problems
  • Convey a deep understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture
  • Develop technical Points of View (POVs) on AI strategy
  • Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping
  • Lead cross-functional solutions guides and share best practices

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a collaborative team to solve technical problems
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration
  • Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI)
  • Exceptional executive presence with solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel based on territory alignment
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Industry experience in Healthcare Payers (understanding of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and security)
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud) and/or previous experience as a solution/sales engineer
