Job Description

Accounts Payable Assistant responsible for processing Brazilian fiscal documents at RecargaPay. Role entails posting refunds, managing corporate credit cards, and clearing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, analyze, and process Brazilian fiscal documents;
  • Post customer refunds and judicial payments;
  • Provide support for corporate credit cards;
  • Post supplier advances and clearing transactions.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree and/or related course in Business Administration or similar;
  • Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA is a plus);
  • Ability to identify and flag opportunities for improvements in routines and processes;
  • Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets);
  • Knowledge of withholding taxes (desirable).
