Job Description

Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for full cycle accounts payable at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. Streamlining processes and ensuring timely accurate payments for financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function
  • Recording of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records
  • Preparing reports that summarize and forecast business activity
  • Standardizing and streamlining work procedures
  • Process payments accurately and timely while striving for high internal and external customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five or more years of experience in full cycle accounts payable review and analysis
  • Expert understanding of business processes of accounts payable
  • Strong ERP experience required
  • Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
  • Adherence to SOX standards and procedures
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
  • Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
