Job Description
Support operational documentation and project management in a Montreal-based marketing agency. Engage in CRM updates, performance metrics, and internal processes with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure everything we do is well documented, properly tracked, and accurately measured
- Update and maintain the client database in Airtable (active clients, prospects, partners, interaction history)
- Document ongoing engagements in ClickUp: deliverables, deadlines, owners, statuses
- Compile and analyze hours worked by engagement to assess profitability by client
- Prepare simple dashboards to track agency goals (revenue, utilization rate, profitability)
- Write and update internal procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
- Prepare reports and client follow-ups; contribute to improving existing tools
Requirements:
- Student in Business Administration/Administrative Techniques or equivalent program
- Comfortable with digital tools (you will learn Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com — an advantage if you already know them)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Autonomous, curious, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good written communication in French (English is an asset)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
