Responsibilities:
- Pull, compile, and organize campaign performance reports across multiple advertising platforms to support weekly performance reviews and decision-making.
- Conduct basic keyword analysis and support bid, budget, and campaign optimization tasks based on team direction and performance data.
- Monitor campaign details, update campaign names, and ensure listings, creative assets, and campaign information are accurate and up to date.
- Track creative tests, campaign experiments, and new channel tests to ensure results, timelines, and performance insights are properly documented.
- Review reports and campaign data for accuracy, identify data gaps or anomalies, and proactively flag issues to the advertising team.
- Help document recurring workflows, campaign processes, and reporting steps to build clear SOPs for future use.
- Upload, organize, and traffic creative assets across advertising channels, ensuring assets are placed correctly and aligned with campaign requirements.
- Support basic optimization and executional advertising tasks across all ad channels, including Amazon, Meta, Google, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other test platforms as needed.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience supporting at least one paid advertising platform, such as Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar channels.
- Strong ability to pull, compile, and check campaign reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
- Exposure to eCommerce, retail, or marketplace advertising.
- Familiarity with keyword analysis, bid/budget checks, and basic campaign performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and a strong understanding of listing policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar tools.
