Job Description

Project Manager overseeing project lifecycle from initiation to delivery at Dell Technologies. Engage with sales, customer service, and technical support for seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Manage performance standards and practices of ITSM, Delivery Assurance, risk and issue mitigation
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and report delivery performance
  • Manage Customer Service relationships and coordinate activities between delivery
  • Lead investigations into known issues to ensure service stability
  • Facilitate process-related meetings such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and others

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience and 5+ ITIL experience in core incident/problem/change management
  • SNOW/Remedy and/or other reporting tools working knowledge
  • Dashboard creation, trend analysis, presentation skills
  • Possesses operational command of the business
  • Strong product/technology/industry knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ITIL Foundation, ITIL V3 Intermediate, ITIL V4 certifications preferred
