Job Description

Program Manager leading cross-functional teams for Medicaid pharmacy solution implementation. Overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing stakeholder relationships for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of pharmacy solution suite for state Medicaid program(s)
  • Lead cross-functional programs for complex software implementation projects
  • Oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across projects
  • Serve as primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solution experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Program Management of a large Software Implementation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team
  • Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing) (Preferred)
  • General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
