Job Description
Program Manager leading cross-functional teams for Medicaid pharmacy solution implementation. Overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing stakeholder relationships for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of pharmacy solution suite for state Medicaid program(s)
- Lead cross-functional programs for complex software implementation projects
- Oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across projects
- Serve as primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solution experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Program Management of a large Software Implementation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team
- Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing) (Preferred)
- General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
