Job Description
Program Manager overseeing M&A strategic projects for Ascension Technologies. Collaborating with executive leaders and stakeholders to align technology with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Ministry Market executive leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives
- Advises and guides business partners and impacted associates during program life cycle
- Coordinates with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation while collaborating with diverse internal teams to facilitate delivery
- Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows
- Mentors and oversees project managers
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- 8+ years managing key strategic projects (with $1M+ budget oversight); preferably mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and managing external partners
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification
- Ability to gather, analyze and report project data from ServiceNow
