Job Description
Agile Project Manager leading software delivery initiatives at eCapital. Managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations for innovative funding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones to support predictable and transparent delivery.
- Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
