Job Description
AI-Native Content Writer creating high-quality SEO-oriented content for the Australian market at Sleek. Leveraging AI tools and human insights to drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimise Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) focused content specifically tailored for the Australian market.
- Experiment with emerging AI search workflows and actively contribute to the development of internal content best practices.
- Improve content structure, clarity, discoverability, and conversion performance across digital channels.
- Collaborate with SEO, Product and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high editorial, search engine, and brand quality standards across all published assets.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs by using strong editorial judgment.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English.
- Good understanding of SEO, with a curiosity to learn Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
- Strong interest in content that drives business outcomes, not just traffic.
- Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving environment.
- Demonstrated interest and hands-on experimentation with AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow automation.
- Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing search and content discovery, backed by hands-on experimentation.
- Ability and willingness to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Familiarity with WordPress (Nice to Have).
- Background in Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services (Nice to Have).
