Job Description
AI Product Owner at Solventum, responsible for enhancing medical coding software solutions. Collaborating with diverse teams to meet healthcare challenges through innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software.
- Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
- Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation.
- Evaluating team member recommendations, providing detailed feedback and assessing improvements.
- Reporting to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment
- 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications
- 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science
- 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products
