Job Description
Product Manager owning AI-native sales enablement products for banking, financial services, and insurance enterprises. Leading roadmap, customer discovery, and engineering delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product engine end to end, including roadmap, prioritisation, OKRs, and outcomes
- Engage deeply with enterprise BFSI customers to understand workflows and compliance constraints
- Translate customer workflows and constraints into products customers rely on daily
- Lead a squad of engineers and a designer to ship and iterate quickly without cutting corners
- Operate AI-native and use AI tooling by default to multiply output
- Use data to define success, track progress, and continuously raise the bar
- Help shape Hupo’s product processes and culture
Requirements:
- Fluent with core LLM systems in practice, including prompting, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, and fine-tuning
- Used LLM systems to build real products
- Uses AI tooling by default and can demonstrate its use
- Experience owning a product engine independently
- Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do
- Detail-obsessed and intrinsically driven to improve craft
- Communicates clearly and concisely in writing and in person
- Able to translate between technical and non-technical teams
- Nice-to-have: deep domain knowledge in insurance, wealth management, or financial services sales and servicing
- Nice-to-have: enterprise SaaS experience, especially deploying into large regulated institutions
- Nice-to-have: a product or tool shipped using generative AI
