Job Description
Product Manager liderando produtos digitais, dados e IA para clientes empresariais da Digiage. Definindo roadmaps, governança, métricas e conformidade financeira.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, driving the full product lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery
- Structure and maintain functional and technical product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, integration flows, and process maps
- Lead the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions and high-transaction-volume ecosystems
- Ensure project visibility and governance through checklists, routine management in Jira, and preparation of periodic reports
- Monitor key product metrics such as OKRs, adoption rate, and latency
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial industry standards, including PCI-DSS and LGPD/PII
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, data, UX/UI, security, and corporate stakeholders, removing operational bottlenecks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Product Management, ideally focused on B2B platforms, payment methods, or financial services
- Proficiency in writing product documentation and hands-on use of Jira for tracking and governance
- Practical or conceptual knowledge of Databricks architecture and Generative AI models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills with discipline for continuous process and routine follow-up
- Previous experience in architecting or implementing ecosystems with AI Agents (Agent Harness) — a plus
- Deep knowledge of financial market security regulations — a plus
