Job Description

Engineering and consulting company designing and deploying ML solutions for business challenges. Collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing data pipelines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
  • Design, prototype, and deploy models for structured and unstructured data use cases
  • Implement production-grade ML pipelines using tools like SageMaker, MLflow, Airflow, or Databricks
  • Build and optimize feature engineering workflows and data pipelines
  • Evaluate model performance and design appropriate validation strategies
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers across engagements
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in ML Engineering or Data Science roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and ML tooling (e.g., SageMaker, Databricks, etc)
  • Understanding of MLOps concepts (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, reproducibility)
  • Ability to work in customer environments, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with GenAI (LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, LangChain)
  • Experience with AWS Services
  • Familiarity with MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published ML work
