Job Description
Pre Sales Product Specialist at Deel Local Payroll enabling complex sales execution and product confidence across regions. Collaborating with teams to support enterprise sales opportunities across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact demo environments and POCs for complex and multinational opportunities
- Build region-specific demo companies to support market expansion and AE selling effectiveness in new countries
- Design and deliver custom product walk-throughs aligned to the prospect’s use cases, compliance needs, and workflows
- Support AEs and Solution Consultants during discovery, solution mapping, and sales presentations with strategic guidance
- Manage end-to-end execution of all RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and formal tenders—ensuring content is compliant, high-quality, and on-brand
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timelines are met and submissions reflect both product capability and commercial intent
- Own internal knowledge and templates to streamline repeat submissions and reduce turnaround time
- Collaborate with Product and QA teams to test new platform features and validate regional compliance ahead of release
- Help simulate and refine workflows across various countries to ensure product readiness and competitive edge
- Provide feedback loops between what customers want and how the product behaves in real-life demo/test conditions
- Coach and enable Account Executives, BDMs, and partners on demo best practices and product positioning
- Deliver internal sessions to upskill commercial teams on new features, integrations, or regional nuances
- Act as a go-to expert on the product’s capabilities across Africa and the UAE, especially for large, high-stakes deals
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Product Enablement within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong exposure to multi-country payroll, HRIS platforms, or regulatory-driven SaaS environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex tenders, RFPs, and POCs at scale
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, and QA teams
- Excellent communication skills—able to break down complex systems and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deals, demos, and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter, detail-driven, and deeply committed to product accuracy and customer trust
- Comfortable navigating high-pressure sales environments and adapting quickly to shifting timelines or solution requirements
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, training, or regional team support
