Job Description
AI software engineer delivering GenAI, LLM, and MLOps solutions for EY’s MENA financial advisory clients. Supporting AI strategy, production deployment, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services focused on AI Engineering and Generative AI
- Design, build, and operationalize scalable AI solutions using MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies
- Integrate large language models and automate workflows with GenAI
- Embed AI capabilities into business processes
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align solutions with strategic goals
- Manage up to two projects alongside Directors and Partners
- Help clients define AI-driven FAAS strategies addressing risk and maximizing value
- Deliver AI use cases including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementations
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Execute the FAAS service delivery framework and work with other service lines
- Monitor engagement team performance against the budget
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and innovative AI/GenAI tools
- Support go-to-market and business development efforts
- Mentor the next generation of talent within EY
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 4 to 5 years of related work experience
- At least 5+ years of work experience in a global consulting firm
- Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLMs
- Experience with LangChain, HuggingFace, or OpenAI APIs
- Experience designing MLOps pipelines and AI solution architecture
- Experience deploying AI models in production
- Exposure to GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation
- Domain knowledge in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom
- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions with measurable impact
- Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice
- Track record with a leading consulting firm is preferred
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock is preferred
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
