Job Description
AI Solution Consultant bei TP, Weltmarktführer im digitalen Business Process Outsourcing. Entwicklung kundenorientierter AI-Lösungen, Roadmaps und Business Cases für bessere Customer Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Develop AI solutions, roadmaps, and solution designs
- Evaluate Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics solutions
- Prepare business cases, ROI calculations, and pricing models
- Present solutions and advise customers and decision-makers
- Develop blueprints and best practices
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations
- Support customers on their journey toward an AI-enabled customer experience
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management
- Experience working with customers and engaging with decision-makers
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation
- Experience with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics is a plus
- Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and solution designs
- Knowledge of the customer service/contact center environment is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident manner, with an analytical and structured approach to work
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
- A developer or traditional IT architecture background is not required; the focus is on customer challenges, appropriate AI/technology solutions, and business value
