Job Description
Consumer Satisfaction Analyst focused on data analysis in the Vice Presidency of Consumer at Grupo Boticário. Responsibilities include data manipulation, validation, and presenting client satisfaction metrics.
Responsibilities:
- You will work in the Consumer Satisfaction area within the VP Consumer organization, focusing on data analysis directly supporting business areas:
- Manipulate and extract data for analyses (SQL) and validate datasets (GCP/Google tools);
- Produce, compile, and analyze customer satisfaction data (NPS, CSAT, etc.) for multichannel, multi-brand customers to build executive presentations;
- Propose action plans to improve the experience based on analysis;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose issues and develop recommendations for the business;
- Automate processes and routines by creating and maintaining data pipelines;
- Ensure best practices and development standards for analytical solutions;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience handling large datasets and working with databases (preferably Google BigQuery)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with cloud data environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform - GCP)
- Consistency and aptitude for developing presentations (strong presentation skills)
- Knowledge of CX and consumer analysis
