Job Description
Associate Director leading civil engineering teams and infrastructure projects for AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm. Driving technical delivery, client relationships, business development, and team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers working on development infrastructure projects
- Help win work and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical quality and commercial performance across projects
- Collaborate with AECOM’s wider multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver civil engineering services across the project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction
- Work on drainage, highways, flood risk, water infrastructure, and SuDS projects
Requirements:
- Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong background delivering development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients
- Ability to build teams, support junior engineers, and take ownership of work
