Job Description
Senior Civil Engineer advising JLL property teams on building civil and architectural matters remotely from Bangkok. Inspecting handovers, consulting owners, and improving property management procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Consult and solve civil/architectural issues with onsite teams
- Inspect building civil/architectural work for handover
- Educate onsite teams on civil/architectural knowledge
- Consult developers/building owners regarding civil/architectural work
- Develop standard procedures and tools for more efficient property management
- Support JLL technology implementation with onsite teams
Requirements:
- Civil/architectural knowledge and experience
- Ability to consult on civil/architectural issues with onsite teams
- Ability to inspect building civil/architectural work for handover
- Ability to educate onsite teams on civil/architectural knowledge
- Ability to consult developers/building owners on related civil/architectural work
- Ability to develop standard procedures and tools for efficient property management
- Ability to support technology implementation with onsite teams
